Natural Swimming pond Old Manor House Garden

Anglo Swimming Ponds are proud to have been asked to construct a moat and pond in order to create a natural swimming pool as part of the Old Manor House project at Capel Manor. The moat has been planted to act as the regeneration area for the swimming pond and the “ruins” were created and built by Redwood Stone.

A particularly pretty feature is the wide steps leading in and out of the pond, they are made from recycled timber and plastic in the form of old oak beams. Another is the water lily planting by the bridge.

The small deck area, shown on the front page, would have been used for fishing in the past, but now acts as a diving platform into the deep water. Above, the densely planted moat gives way to a more open view towards the bridge with the swimming pond in the background.
